Great news from the D2XCEL Network – Ecorbio, a portfolio company in the construction group, has been among the award winners at the TT Sustainable Construction Investment programme which took place on 16 – 17 October in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Ecorbio specialises in breakthrough, patent-pending biopolyol production technologies and products with the goal of producing sustainable, cost-effective and high-quality biopolyols, enabling the production of polyurethanes high in renewable carbon content.
Congratulations also to ParaStruct – another great D2XCEL company which pitched at the onsite event. Paractruct's technology enables industries to turn costs into profits, by transforming mineral and biogenic waste streams into circular materials and components. The result is a 100% circular solution, up to 80% smaller carbon footprint and up to 90% resource saving.
All companies from the construction sector in the D2XCEL Programme have been invited exclusively to attend the event and pitch their solutions among leading investors and experts from the industry.
The programme gathered 120 participants who had various networking opportunities including lunch, dinner, and one-to-one meetings. Its main focus is on helping design, materials, sustainable construction and real estate companies to exchange contacts, secure growth, and investment by working together with peers, experts and active investors in building lasting business co-operations.
The Tech Tour Sustainable Construction 2024 Programme is hosted by the State of Vaud and is partnered with Economy of Trust Foundation, CleantechAlps and in co-organization with Fustic and Better Building Initiative.
D2XCEL is dedicated to supporting its portfolio companies through individual mentoring, sessions with experts on important topics such as IPR Portfolio, Internalisation, Go-to-market strategy, Fundraising, PR & Marketing, and others. In addition to offering holistic support, we will also expose the companies directly to top investors, customers, and partners within their industries in a series of online and onsite events.
Stay tuned for more news coming from the network!
