News Announcement (400 x 244 px) (1)We are thrilled to announce that Atlas Metrics, a D2XCEL cohort venture, has been acquired by Novata, a leading sustainability data management platform for private markets. This milestone highlights the growing impact of Europe’s deep tech ecosystem in delivering innovative solutions that address global sustainability challenges.

Founded in 2021, Atlas Metrics has quickly become a market leader in ESG performance and reporting, helping banks, corporates, and investors across Europe simplify sustainability management through AI-driven insights, automation, and scalable technology. With this acquisition, Atlas Metrics joins Novata’s global platform, which serves 400+ clients and over 13,000 companies worldwide, combining complementary expertise to provide trusted, efficient, and scalable sustainability data solutions.

The partnership enables investors and corporates to collect, analyze, and act on ESG data more effectively—transforming regulatory compliance, reporting, and benchmarking into real drivers of long-term business value. Supported by a funding round led by S&P Global, this move not only strengthens Atlas Metrics’ European presence but also accelerates global product innovation, opening doors for further expansion in North America, Asia, and beyond.

For D2XCEL, this is a proud moment: one of our cohort ventures is achieving international recognition, scaling its impact, and shaping the future of sustainable business practices worldwide. Atlas Metrics’ success demonstrates the value of supporting deep tech ventures with access to mentorship, investors, and networks that enable them to grow globally.
